- It's of Chickpeas.
- Prepare of medium size pumpkin.
- It's of baking soda.
- It's of tahini.
- Prepare of olive oil and more to drizzle.

Pumpkin Hummus on Multigrain bread step by step
- Soak overnight chickpeas and drain the water. Add to pressure cooker with baking soda and on medium flame pressure cook for 5 whistles. Set aside, depressurise and drain the water but retain it. Peel the chickpeas skin and set aside.
- Wash and peel the pumpkin, cut into small pieces and boil for 10 mins. Drain and set aside.
- Add both the Pumpkin and Chickpeas to the blender, add tahini, garlic cloves, 1 Tbsp olive oil, cumin powder, red chilli flakes. Add the boiled water of chickpeas. Blend smooth.
