Ingredients
- It's of Asian pear (any variety).
- You need of Granulated sugar (or sugar of your choice).
- Prepare of Lemon juice (I use bottled lemon juice).
- Prepare of Water.

- Peel the pear, and cube into pieces several cm thick..
- Add pear, lemon juice, and sugar to the blender, and blend. It is fine if there are some chunks left..
- Transfer the mixture (from Step 2) into a zip lock bag, add the water to the mixer and give it a whirl. Make sure any remaining bits of pear are also poured into the bag..
- Chill in freezer for about 2 hours. After an hour or so, take out the bag and work it a little to break up the chunks..
