- Prepare of sheet, thawed puff pasrty.

- Preheat to 425°F..
- In small bowl soak raisins in brandy, set aside..
- Melt butter and sugar in skillet until bubbly, about 2 minutes..
- Add sliced apple pears and cook another 4 minutes..
- Add in brandy soaked raisins, continue to cook until juices reduce to a glaze..
- Stir in lemon juice, zest and cornstarch. Now add nuts..
- Put filling on a cookie sheet in a single layer and chill for 1/2 hour..
- On a lightly floured surface, roll pastry into a 12" square. Cut into four equal portions..
- Put 1/4 of filling into center of square and moisten edges with water. Fold over into triangle and seal..
- Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cut slits on top to vent. Brush top with cream..
- Bake 18-22 minutes until a deep golden brown..
