1. You need of unpeeled cucumber.
2. You need of large pear.
3. It's of large apple.
4. Prepare of Sagada oranges.
5. It's of Romaine Lettuce.
6. You need of grapes.
7. Prepare of strawberry.
8. It's of Parmesan cheese.
9. It's of Alfalfa sprouts (optional).

11. You need of balsamic vinegar.

Messy Salad with Strawberry Vinaigrette method

1. To make the dressing, chop strawberries diagonally and add balsamic vinegar and marinate for 30 mins.
2. Julienne cucumber, apple, pear then slice grapes and strawberry diagonally. Also slice the orange into small triangle cuts.
3. Chop the lettuce into 3 parts to make it medium-sized cuts..
4. Going back to the dressing, combine marinated strawberries, honey, olive oil, salt and pepper in a blender.
5. Blend until smooth and transfer to a dressing bowl.
6. Combine the dry ingredients and top it with parmesan cheese.
7. Pour the dressing on top.
