Stacy's 3 Envelope Roast. You can use different types of cuts, but Chuck Roast is best. Add all three envelopes of dry salad dressings/gravy to the water. Add the roast to your slow cooker.

Stacy's 3 Envelope Roast This is the BEST EVER roast that you will ever have in my opinion. You can use this for a Pressure Cooker or a Slow Cooker. It is also versatile that you can use a beef or pork roast with it. To make Stacy's 3 Envelope Roast you need 11 ingredients and just 6 steps. Here is how you achieve it.

Ingredients

  1. Prepare of 3-4 pound roast (beef or pork) such as chuck roast ***SEE NOTE BELOW.
  2. Prepare of Butter (NO SUBSTITUTES).
  3. It's of dry brown gravy mix.
  4. Prepare of dry Italian dressing mix.
  5. It's of dry ranch dressing mix.
  6. You need of Onion, chopped.
  7. You need of ground black pepper.
  8. Prepare of Water for Pressure Cooker and 2 for Crock Pot.
  9. Prepare of Beef Broth (small...10 oz?) for Beef Roast or 1 large Cream of Mushroom Soup for Pork Roast.
  10. It's of potatoes, cubed (optional).
  11. It's of Baby Carrots (sm bag) (optional).

Works either way and with either meats. Instructions : Put the water in a measuring cup that is larger then the amount of water you are using.   1. Please note in a SLOW COOKER you CAN cut in half the dry ingredients if you find it overpowering.) In the pressure cooker use the entire envelopes..
