  7. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  8. It's 1 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp of Tomato sauce.
  10. Prepare 1 tbsp of Chilli sauce.
  11. It's 2 tsp of Coarinder leaves to garnish.
  12. You need 2 tbsp of Oil.

  1. Greas idli plate and pour the idli batter..
  2. Cook it for 8 to 10 minutes. After it is cooled down cut it into small pieces..
  3. Cut onion,green chillies, tomatoes and capsicum..
  4. In a pan add little oil saute the Idlis for a few minutes..
  5. In a pan add oil when it is hot add oil when it is hot add green chillies, onion. Saute for a few minutes till it becomes soft..
  6. Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt. Saute till the tomatoes becomes mushy..
