- Prepare of eggs lightly beaten.

- boil water from cold.
- add salt and dash of olive oil once water is boiling.
- cook pasta until done.
- drain but leave small amount of water do not rinse and put back into pan but not on the heat.
- while pasta is cooking slice clove of garlic thinly.
- fry on medium heat in olive oil until golden then discard. then cook bacon until crisp and take off the heat.
- beat the eggs in a bowl.
- grate parmesan cheese and then stir into egg mixture add plenty of black pepper.
- once pasta back in pan add egg mixture immediately and stir though then add bacon and oil.
