Ingredients
- Prepare 1.5 lb of hamburger meat.
- Prepare 2 cans of kidney beans (I use 1 light, 1 dark) (drained and rinsed).
- You need 2 cans of diced (14.5oz) tomatoes (drained).
- You need 1/2 of onion.
- It's of Green Pepper.
- You need 1 tbsp of Chili powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Cumin.
- Prepare 2 tbsps of Worcestershire sauce.
- It's 1 tsp of garlic salt.
- It's 1/2 c of water (if you like to thinner chili - omit if you like thicker).
- You need of Top with cheese and sour cream (if desired).

- Set instant pot to saute add a few tbsp of olive oil and brown meat, add onions and bell peppers if desired. Cook until onions soften a bit. Drain if desired, I do not drain..
- Empty cans of beans, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes on top (do not drain cans before adding).. Add chili seasoning, cumin and Worcestershire sauce and stir everything together..
- Set it to manual, pressure, high for 10 minutes. Do a natural release for 5 minutes followed by a quick release of steam..
