Ingredients

  1. It's of Whole wheat flour.
  2. Prepare of Medium size ripe banana.
  3. It's of Eggs.
  4. You need of Jaggery (crushed into powder).
  5. You need of olive oil.
  6. It's of Vanila Extract.
  7. You need of Cinnomon Powder.
  8. You need of chopped walnut.
  9. You need of raisins.
  10. You need of baking soda.
  11. You need of Salt.

Wholemeal Banana Bread with Jaggery method

  1. Mix Jaggery and oil and beat it till well mixed.
  2. Add egg and beat well.
  3. Mash Banana into a smooth paste and add it in the mixture.
  4. Add Vanila Extract and Cinnomon Powder and mix well..
  5. Add flour, salt and baking powder. Mix well.
  6. Add raisins and 3 tbsp walnut into the mixture.
  7. Brush a cake tin with oil and pour the mixture in it.
  8. Sprinkle rest of the walnut on top of it..
  9. Bake it at 165C for 55-60 min.
  10. Take the tin out and check by inserting a knife. If it comes out clean then, it's done..
  11. Wait for 5 min, then take the bread out. Allow it to cool on wire rack for about 60 min..
  12. Slice or cut it the way you want. It can be stored in the fridge for upto a week though I doubt it will last that long 😊.
