  3. Prepare of Potatoes cut into 1 inch pieces.
  4. Prepare of Celery stalks chopped.
  5. It's of Small- med Onion chopped.
  6. You need of Water.
  7. Prepare of Red wine of your choice.
  8. You need of garlic.
  9. It's of fresh rosemary.
  10. Prepare of Rice.

  12. You need of Sea salt.
  13. Prepare of Ground pepper.
  14. It's of Onion powder.
  15. You need of Garlic powder.

  1. Pat dry roast with paper towel and season..
  2. Place roast in crock pot and add water & wine. Liquid should cover about 1 1/2 inches of the bottom or so..
  3. Add garlic cloves and vegetables around the roast. They do not have to be under water.
  4. Place the sprigs of rosemary on top the roast. Cover and turn on LOW for about 5 hours or until roast falls apart..
