  1. Cook your rice per instructions. While your rice is cooking, brown up your ground turkey..
  2. Pour a small amount of sauce (just enough to cover the bottom of the crockpot) into the crockpot & set the crockpot temp to HIGH. Place lid on & let the crockpot warm up..
  3. Rinse off bell peppers, cut tops off & clean out the centers..
