- You need of large, or 2 small packs chicken thighs, boneless / skinless.
- It's of green pepper, sliced.
- You need of onion, sliced.
- Prepare of garlic, minced.
- You need of black pepper.
- Prepare of oregano leaves.
- Prepare of Italian seasoning.
- You need of parsley flakes.
- You need of basil leaves.
- Prepare of diced tomatoes (undrained).
- You need of cooking red wine.
- You need of olive oil.
- It's of Shredded mozzarella cheese.

- Rinse and pat dry your chicken thighs, cut into chunks.......
- Place chicken chunks into your crockpot.......
- Add to chicken your green pepper, onion and minced garlic.......
- Next add in your black pepper,oregano, Italian seasoning, parsley flakes, basil leaves, diced tomatoes, red wine and olive oil, stir well.......
