Ingredients

  1. Prepare of large pack ground beef.
  2. You need of red wine.
  3. Prepare of onion, chopped.
  4. It's of green pepper, chopped.
  5. Prepare of garlic cloves, minced.
  6. It's of crushed tomatoes.
  7. Prepare of diced tomatoes.
  8. It's of black pepper.
  9. It's of oregano.
  10. You need of Italian seasoning.
  11. It's of basil leaves.
  12. Prepare of heavy cream.
  13. You need of pasta.
  14. You need of Salt for boiling water.
  15. Prepare of Parmesan cheese for topping.

Crockpot Beef Ragu directions

  1. Sauté ground beef in a large pot until browned, drain any fat.......
  2. Add your 1/2 cup red wine and simmer beef until wine has reduced, about 5 - 10 minutes.......
  3. Remove ground beef from pot and place in your crockpot........
  4. Add to ground beef : onion, green pepper, garlic, crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, black pepper, oregano, Italian seasoning and basil leaves, stir well......
  5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, stirring occasionally.....
  6. Meanwhile boil pasta, and don’t forget to add salt to the boiling water !!!.
  7. When pasta is done place into serving bowls.......
  8. Stir beef Ragu one more time, then add the heavy cream and mix all well.......
  9. Serve a heaping portion of beef on top of cooked pasta, then add Parmesan cheese on top.......
