  2. You need 1 lb of breakfast sausage.
  3. It's 2 cups of shredded cheese.

  5. Prepare 2 1/2 cups of gravy.
  6. You need 2 1/2 cup of milk.
  7. You need to taste of Salt & pepper.

Biscuits and Gravy Casserole directions

  1. Cut the biscuits into small pieces.
  2. Whisk together 6 eggs, add 1/2 cup milk, add salt & pepper.
  3. Brown sausage.
  4. To make gravy, melt 1/4 Tbs butter, add 4 Tbs flour. Whisk together to make a rue, add salt and pepper. Cook until rue is light brown. Add 2 cups milk. Cook until gravy is desired consistency..
  5. Grease a 9 x 12 casserole pan.
  6. Place the uncooked biscuits in the bottom of the caaserole pan.
  7. Layer cooked sausage on biscuits.
  8. Layer 1 cup shredded cheese.
  9. Pour eggs in casserole pan.
  10. Pour gravy in casserole pan.
  11. Cook in 350° oven for 45 minutes.
