Sausage and tomato gravy directions
- Cut up bell pepper and onion and sausage to your liking.
- Add one table spoon of vegetable oil to medium high heat.
- Saute sausage onion and bell pepper for about 8 to 10 mins.
- Add tomato sause and rotel and simmer on low until sausge and vegetables are tender.
- Pour over rice or pasta if desire or eat it alone.
Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and seasonings to taste. We also sometimes use instead of sausage, sliced weiners. On a pan place your sausages and pour a small amount of water and cover the pan for cooking. Make sausages special with a tomato topping that's great mopped up with mash.
