  3. Mix well and make batter flowing consistency add red liquid colour n mix it well again with the help of whisker..
  4. Now transfer the batter in Grease heart shape cake tin and tap three four times, cake tin keep it in the preheated kadhai, cover the lid and bake for 40 to 45 minutes..
  5. After 45 minutes our cake is perfectly cooked switch off the gas flame n remove cake tin from the kadhai and keep aside for cooling..
  6. After that demould the cake n keep it in a freeze for 30 minutes, after 30 minutes take out the cake from the freeze beat the whip cream cut the upper layer of cake,.
  7. For making red velvet sprinkle for cake decoration heat the kadhai keep into the upper layer cake portion n saute for a 5 minutes, cut the cake into two layers, take a one layer of cake add sugar syrup evenly..
  8. Apply whip cream all over the cake do same procedure for cake second layer also,.
  9. Again apply whip cream crumbs coat the cake evenly after that freeze it cake for 30 to 40 minutes,.
  10. In the mixture grind the roasted upper layer cake portion and make a coursaly mixture apply this mixture all over the cake evenly..
