  1. Over medium heat, in large skillet brown kielbasa.
  2. Once browned on both sides, remove kielbasa from pan and drain grease.

  6. Add apple to pan.
  7. Add S&P to taste.
  8. Grate ginger into pan and stir well.
  9. Once apples begin to soften, add stock and simmer 2-3 minutes until apples reach desired tenderness.
  10. Add kielbasa and steamed Brussel sprouts to pan.
  11. Remove from heat and add butter.
  12. Stir until butter is melted.
  13. Serve and add toasted sesame seeds to each serving.
