  3. You need of carrots, peel and cut into small pieces.
  4. You need of small bell pepper cut into diced.

  6. It's of green onion finely chopped.
  7. Prepare of bay leaves.
  8. It's of mushroom powder.
  9. It's of garlic powder.
  10. Prepare of cumin.
  11. It's of black pepper.
  12. Prepare of cayenne pepper.
  13. You need of oregano.
  14. Prepare of 1/4 tsp thyme.
  15. It's of soy sauce.
  16. It's of Salt to taste.
  17. You need of 2 cups water.

  1. Heat up a large pan and sautéed the onion without oil, add the bay leaves cooked in about 3 minutes. Sprinkle some water to avoid of getting burnt..
