Jambalaya instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Chop all veggies into about an inch in size.
  3. Oil pan and place veggies on top.
  4. Cut sausage into 1/2-1 inch coins.
  5. Add sausage to veggies.
  6. Add olive oil and toss.
  7. Add seasonings across all the food according to taste.
  8. Place in oven for 10 minutes.
  9. Take out of oven and toss.
  10. Place back in oven for 10-15 minutes (I like to put in for 13 minutes.
  11. Cook 4 cups of rice.
  12. Take out of oven and mix with rice.
  13. Add some more paprika to color rice.
