The combo of sausage, chicken, and shrimp with Creole seasoning and rice is always a winner in my book. This was very similar to my usual recipe I use for jambalaya. Jambalaya instructions
- chop onions, capsicum, carrots, and chorizo.
- sauté chicken in olive oil in a large pan and add vegetable and chorizo.
- sqeeze garlic into pan, and add tomatoes, Sambal Oelek, chicken broth and the uncooked rice.
- top off with water, add tabasco and sugar for taste and simmer for 20-30 min.
- add shrimps.
