- You need of Fruit Salsa.
- It's 1 packages of Frozen Fruit blend, preferably one with mango, pineapple, strawberries, and perhaps blueberries.
- You need 1/2 packages of Frozen Strawberries.
- It's 1 each of Red Apple ( use two if you want more of a crunch in your salsa.
- It's of Tortilla Crisps.
- You need 2/3 cup of Oil, any kind.
- You need 1 of Tortillas.
- It's 1 of Sugar.
- It's 1 of Cinnamon.
Tortilla Crisps with Fruit Salsa directions
- Dice the frozen fruit and put it in a large bowl.
- Dice the apple(s) and add to the frozen fruit, mix together and place in fridge to thaw.
- Stir fruit mix occasionally.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan on medium/high heat. Meanwhile, cut the tortillad like you would pizza. into slices.
- Fry tortillas until browned on both sides, then drain on a paper towel.
- On a plate, or in a pie dish, mix together cinnamon and sugar.
- As each batch come out from frying take, while still warm, and roll in the cinnamon sugar mix, until covered.
- Take the chips, dip them in the thawed salsa and enjoy!.
