- It's 1/2 tsp of Louisiana Hot Sauce.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of yellow mustard.
- You need 1/3 cup of mayo.
- It's 1/2 tsp of granulated white sugar.
- You need 1/8 tsp of salt.
- It's 1/2 tsp of onion powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of garlic powder.
- You need 2 tbsp of pickle juice.
- You need 1 tbsp of butter (room temperature).

- Boil the eggs..
- Fry your bacon..
- Drain hot water from eggs and add cold water... for an easy peel..
- Add wet ingredients to a small bowl. Stir till well combined..
- Add dry ingredients in small bowl. Stir till well combined..
- Peel eggs and slice horizontally..
- Add all the yolks to a bowl, along with all the ingredients. Make sure your yolks have broken up really good or use a food processor or hand mixer to mix up yolks..
- Pipe your yolks onto eggs or use spoon. Top with piece of bacon and pickled Mustard seeds and garnish with thyme and or dill weed.
