  3. Prepare 2 tbsp of yellow mustard.

  6. You need 1/8 tsp of salt.
  7. It's 1/2 tsp of onion powder.
  8. You need 1/2 tsp of garlic powder.
  9. You need 2 tbsp of pickle juice.
  10. You need 1 tbsp of butter (room temperature).
  11. You need 5 of bacon slices (crispy).
  12. Prepare of Pickled Mustard Seeds (see recipe).
  13. It's of Fresh or dried thyme.
  14. You need of Dried dill weed.

  1. Boil the eggs..
  2. Fry your bacon..
  3. Drain hot water from eggs and add cold water... for an easy peel..
  4. Add wet ingredients to a small bowl. Stir till well combined..
  5. Add dry ingredients in small bowl. Stir till well combined..
  6. Peel eggs and slice horizontally..
  7. Add all the yolks to a bowl, along with all the ingredients. Make sure your yolks have broken up really good or use a food processor or hand mixer to mix up yolks..
  8. Pipe your yolks onto eggs or use spoon. Top with piece of bacon and pickled Mustard seeds and garnish with thyme and or dill weed.
