Ingredients
- Prepare 12 dozen of large eggs.
- Prepare 4 tbsp of mayo.
- You need 6 oz of smoked chicken, cut into 1/2 inch dice.
- You need 2 tbsp of dijon mustard.
- You need 1 tbsp of worcestershire sauce.
- It's 1 1/2 tsp of tabasco.
- Prepare 1 dash of liquid smoke.
- It's 1 of sea salt.
- Prepare 1 of pepper.
- It's 1 of sweet paprika.
Smoky Deviled Eggs instructions
- Boil eggs, cool, peel & cut in half (scoop out yolks).
- place smoked chicken in food processor & process until finely ground.
- add yolks, and process.
- add mayo, mustard, worcestershire, tabasco, and liquid smoke, pulse to mix.
- if dry, add more mayo.
- season with salt & pepper, stuff into egg halves and sprinkle with paprika.
