  3. You need 6 oz of smoked chicken, cut into 1/2 inch dice.
  4. You need 2 tbsp of dijon mustard.
  5. You need 1 tbsp of worcestershire sauce.
  6. It's 1 1/2 tsp of tabasco.
  7. Prepare 1 dash of liquid smoke.
  8. It's 1 of sea salt.
  9. Prepare 1 of pepper.
  10. It's 1 of sweet paprika.

  1. Boil eggs, cool, peel & cut in half (scoop out yolks).
  2. place smoked chicken in food processor & process until finely ground.
  3. add yolks, and process.
  4. add mayo, mustard, worcestershire, tabasco, and liquid smoke, pulse to mix.
  5. if dry, add more mayo.
  6. season with salt & pepper, stuff into egg halves and sprinkle with paprika.
