Cake Pops instructions

  1. Blend the softened butter and icing sugar together.
  2. Add the Jam to the mix and blend.
  3. Add the milk in parts until the mix becomes semi-solid..

  7. Stick the baking sheet into the freezer for 20 minutes to let the dough set.

  9. Take out the cake dough which should be a firm mass after the 20 minutes in freezer.
  10. Dip the cake dough into the molten chocolate and set aside on a parchment paper or foil to dry. At this stage if you want to add any toppings (like sprinkles) do so quickly before the chocolate dries up and sets..

  12. P.S: I did not have any lollipop sticks to make it an actual cake pop. If you do have the sticks, make sure you dip the top of the stick into the chocolate and then sticking it in the cake dough. Post that coat the cake dough with the chocolate and set aside to dry..
